DELIVERY AREAS AND COSTS

We deliver across the United Kingdom. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and all prices shown include VAT. Rates for Scotland, the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland differ from mainland England and Wales and are shown at checkout before payment. For international orders, please email info@terrabellainteriors.co.uk with your delivery address and quantities for a quotation.

TILE SAMPLES

UK sample delivery is free, sent tracked by Royal Mail or DHL and usually arriving within 1 to 2 working days. Samples are full-size tiles, limited to one free sample per tile per customer. We also deliver tile samples to the United States by DHL Express for £5.00, arriving within 3 to 5 business days.

FOR BASINS AND TILES

Delivery Timeframes

  • In-stock orders are dispatched within 2 business days and delivered within 2 to 3 business days from dispatch, fully tracked.

  • Made-to-order items are produced in small workshop batches in Morocco and Turkey, with an estimated lead time of 12 to 14 weeks from order to delivery. We confirm availability and timing by email on the same working day you order.

Delivery Information and Checks

  • Your tile or basin order will arrive on a palletised kerbside delivery with a third-party delivery company. Due to insurance policies the driver cannot assist with carrying your order into your home, so we advise having someone with you to help accept the order.

  • Our deliveries are carried out on a large lorry. Please inform us before delivery if such vehicles would struggle to access your property (for example narrow roads, low bridges or no parking) so we can make appropriate arrangements. If the carrier cannot gain access or leave the items, re-delivery is charged at the carrier’s cost, which we will confirm with you before any re-delivery is arranged.

  • The delivery window is between 9am and 5pm on the day of delivery, and routes are created on the morning of delivery. Someone will need to be present to accept the delivery.

  • Whilst we will do everything we can to get your order to you on time, we do not recommend booking tradespersons until you are in receipt of your goods.

  • Tiles are heavy: most boxes weigh approximately 18 to 20 kg, and basins approximately 5 to 6 kg. Please make appropriate arrangements if you need assistance moving the items on the delivery date.

  • The pallet will be left with you, and you will be required to dispose of it yourself.

  • Please check your order thoroughly on receipt to confirm the correct products and quantities have arrived undamaged. Reporting any damage or discrepancy to info@terrabellainteriors.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery helps us claim against the carrier’s insurance and resolve the issue quickly. This does not affect your statutory rights.

  • If you are not ready to accept delivery, we can hold your order free of charge for up to 4 weeks. Thereafter storage is charged at £6 per week per pallet, including VAT.

FOR RUGS AND CUSHIONS

Cushion covers ship free to UK addresses. In-stock rugs and cushions are delivered to UK Mainland addresses within 4 to 5 working days. If a product is marked as out of stock, we are currently producing more; please contact us if you would like to be notified when it is available again, or email info@terrabellainteriors.co.uk if the order is urgent.
