Availability: Our rugs are handmade in Turkey. In-stock rugs are dispatched promptly. If a rug is marked as out of stock, we are currently producing more, so please contact us if you would like to be notified when it is available again.
UK delivery: In-stock rugs are delivered to UK Mainland addresses within 4 to 5 working days, fully tracked. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
International: For orders outside the UK, contact info@terrabellainteriors.co.uk with your delivery address for a shipping quote. Any import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
